Hi, my name is Driely and I'm a doll maker from Brazil. I always doing artsy stuff. Since as a kid I have always wanted to make my own dolls (and destroyed many in the process... as I grew I used to get home from school and browse through Deviant Art looking for Pullips, Blythes, bjd and art dolls, and even tried to make one or other bjd (monstrosities)
When I got my first job(2014) I started collecting Groove dolls. And soon I got my first Aliexpress blythe to start customizing, that was the beginning of my doll making journey. My first blythes I used to customize and sell as stock price. That's how I gained popularity as blythe customizer (in Brazil). Somewhere around 2016 I created a Shop called AURORAR UNICORN where I used to make custom blythes, dolls clothes and acessories. Some time later Aurora unicorn became just Aurora dolls, because the word "unicorn" was too uncomfortable to say in portuguese.

The year was 2019 when I decided to try to sculp a bjd doll. I very small one, 12cm so it doesn’t waist too much material and don’t take much space… And that’s how Moonie started to take shape…
I was thrilled when I saw it finished and it looked so stinkin cute! And i started a new journey, to quick learn how to cast and copy dolls…
October 2020 I had my first batch of successful dolls! Aurora BJD launched its first release of Moonie colorfull ghosts!
The first year of Aurora bjd was the best! I was so happy! Releasing a bunch of new dolls and making lots of pre-orders..
I will love to have you with me in this journey!!
